Tom and Kris Novetzke are the principal partners and owners of Sno Biz. They founded the company in Minneapolis, MN, in 1989. Today they are uniquely positioned to deliver business results for you.

Kate Fullmer is the sales manager. She is experienced in personnel recruiting and marketing working closely with domestic and international Sno Biz distributors to expand their network and increase sales.
Kate is skilled in business development and sales having worked in public, private and start-up environments. She is an effective communicator, successful at managing client relationships and talented in identifying opportunities for business growth.

Short-Run Packaging
Allen Martin, a.k.a. Sir Mixalot, packages small-run flavors on site at Crystal Fresh. He works in a fully approved lab that allows packaging of flavors that don’t meet the minimum run size of more popular flavors. Having this flexibility lets us provide regional flavorites across the U.S. and around the world.
