A. All of the Sno Biz flavors have no dairy or non-dairy creamer. We do have a Cream Topping and a Drink Base to make smoothies that do have dairy as an ingredient. All flavors are fat and cholesterol free.

Q. What does my Board of Health need to know about Sno Biz?
A. Sno Biz dry flavors have a shelf life of three years and 8 weeks after mixing. You must contact your local Health Department and learn of their rules and regulations before starting with Crystal Fresh. Find out from your local municipality if there are any permits or licenses you will need in order to start selling Sno Biz.
