Sno Biz Sugar-Free Shave Ice Syrup contains only 10 calories per ounce and less than 0.25 grams of sugar compared to 75 calories and 18 grams of sugar per ounce for regular Sno-Biz Shaved Ice Syrup. Artificial sweeteners contain complex carbohydrates and impart approx. 2.5 grams of total carbs per ounce serving of Sno Biz Sugar-Free Shave Ice Syrup. So while this diabetic-friendly treat is not carbohydrate-free, it’s still low-carb!

Mixing Instructions
1. Blend contents of Sno Biz Dry Mix Flavor Packet to an amount of artificial sweetener equal to 5 pounds of sugar (this amount varies by sweetener, such as NutraSweet, Splenda, Equal, etc.).
2. Dissolve mixture in half gallon of warm water. Mix well.
3. Add cold water to fill remaining gallon. Each Sno Biz Shave Ice Flavor Packet makes one gallon of Sno Biz Sugar-Free Shave Ice Syrup.
- Regardless of artificial sweetener used, keep Sno Biz Shave Ice Syrup refrigerated just as you would with our regular Sno Biz Shave Ice Syrup.
